Live zero error

Was bedeutet 2 ?
This warning/alarm appears if programmed in parameter 6-01 Live Zero Timeout Function. It indicates that the signal on one of the analog inputs is less than 50% of its programmed minimum value, typically caused by broken wiring or a faulty signal-sending device.
Häufige Ursachen
- Broken wire or loose connection in the analog input signal loop from the sensor to the drive (e.g., terminal AI53).
- Faulty sensor providing the analog input signal (e.g., pressure transmitter 4-20mA output below 4mA or 0V).
- Incorrect scaling in parameter P6-02 (Low Ref/Feedback) or P6-03 (High Ref/Feedback) relative to the sensor output.
- External noise or electromagnetic interference causing the analog signal to momentarily drop below the threshold.
- Parameter P6-01 (Live Zero Timeout Function) enabled with an unsuitable minimum value setting for the application.
Reparaturschritte & Checkliste
Klicken Sie auf Schritte, um Ihren Fortschritt zu verfolgen.
- 1
Verify the wiring continuity of the analog input signal from the sensor to the drive's input terminals (e.g., AI53 and AI55).
- 2
Measure the actual analog input signal voltage or current directly at the sensor's output terminals.
- 3
Measure the analog input signal voltage or current at the drive's input terminals (e.g., AI53 and AI55) and compare to the sensor output.
- 4
Temporarily adjust parameter P6-01 (Live Zero Timeout Function) to option [0] Disabled to confirm the fault source.
- 5
Check parameter P6-02 (Low Ref/Feedback) for the correct minimum signal scaling (e.g., 4mA for a 4-20mA sensor).
