No motor
Danfoss · VLT HVAC Drive High Power
Was bedeutet ALARM 3 ?
No motor is connected to the output of the frequency converter. This prevents motor operation and could indicate a wiring issue or incorrect system setup.
Häufige Ursachen
- Motor not physically connected to the frequency converter's output terminals (U, V, W).
- Broken motor cable or loose connections between the frequency converter and the motor terminal box.
- Incorrect motor parameter settings, such as P1-03 (Motor kW) or P1-04 (Motor V), preventing motor recognition.
- Internal open circuit within the motor windings (e.g., one phase disconnected), preventing the frequency converter from detecting a load.
- Faulty current measurement circuit within the frequency converter itself.
Reparaturschritte & Checkliste
Klicken Sie auf Schritte, um Ihren Fortschritt zu verfolgen.
- 1
Visually inspect the motor cable connections at both the frequency converter output (U, V, W) and the motor terminal box.
- 2
Measure the resistance between the U, V, W output terminals of the frequency converter (with power off) to confirm motor winding continuity.
- 3
Verify motor nameplate data against frequency converter parameters P1-03 (Motor kW), P1-04 (Motor V), P1-05 (Motor A), P1-06 (Motor cos phi), P1-07 (Motor Speed).
- 4
Check for an open circuit within the motor windings by measuring resistance directly at the motor terminal box.
- 5
Perform an Automatic Motor Adaptation (AMA) via parameter P8-10 (Auto Adapt) to allow the frequency converter to characterize the connected motor.
