Scale Zero Point/Base Point Distance Out of Range
Fanuc · Series 30i/31i/32i-MODEL B Parameter
Was bedeutet DS1448 ?
This alarm is issued if the distance from the scale zero point (for a linear scale with absolute address reference marks) or the base point (for a linear scale with an absolute address zero point) to the machine's reference position, as configured by parameters 1883 and 1884, exceeds the allowable range of -999,999,999,999 to +999,999,999,999. This indicates an invalid parameter setting for the reference position.
Häufige Ursachen
- Scale zero point distance exceeds maximum allowable value.
- Base point distance measurement is out of specification.
- Calibration error detected in the scale measurement system.
- Physical limit for scale zero point exceeded.
Reparaturschritte & Checkliste
Klicken Sie auf Schritte, um Ihren Fortschritt zu verfolgen.
- 1
Check parameters 1883 and 1884 — verify the set machine coordinate value, converted to detection units (machine coordinate × CMR), is within the range of -999,999,999,999 to +999,999,999,999.
- 2
Ensure that the physical scale area on the linear scale does not extend across the scale zero point or base point, as this can cause calculation errors.
- 3
Re-establish the reference position by following the procedure in the manual (steps <1> through <4> for parameters 1883 and 1884), paying close attention to the machine coordinate measurement.
