Over-speeding

Kone · Frequency Inverter

Was bedeutet 23 ?

This fault is recorded if the actual speed feedback exceeds the permitted speed for 0.1 seconds. The permitted speed is calculated as (0.25 m/s + Reference Speed) for reference speeds under 1.0 m/s, or (1.25 x Reference Speed) for reference speeds over 1.0 m/s, with a maximum limit of 1.08 x Rated Speed. It also triggers if speed feedback exceeds 0.8m/s² deceleration at terminal landings for 0.1s.

Häufige Ursachen

  • Malfunction of the speed feedback sensor, providing an inaccurate or excessively high speed reading.
  • Failure of the brake system or drive control, leading to uncontrolled acceleration or insufficient deceleration.
  • Incorrect setting of rated speed or other speed-related parameters in the control system.
  • Mechanical issues causing the lift to run faster than intended, especially at terminal landings where deceleration is critical.

Reparaturschritte & Checkliste

Klicken Sie auf Schritte, um Ihren Fortschritt zu verfolgen.

  1. 1

Verify the calibration and functionality of the speed feedback device (encoder) by comparing its output to a known speed reference.

  2. 2

Inspect the mechanical and electrical components of the braking system for proper operation and sufficient stopping power.

  3. 3

Check the lift's rated speed parameter and ensure it matches the actual nameplate rated speed.

  4. 4

Monitor the lift's speed profile during operation, especially during acceleration and deceleration phases, to identify any deviations.
