The MR10 signal indicates a violation of monitoring space 10. A '0' state on this signal means that monitoring space 10 is currently being infringed upon. If monitoring space 10 is intentionally inactive, the system considers it violated by default, and the associated safe output MR10 will be in the '0' state.
