Analog output 1 fault
Lenze · i550 Protec Drive
Was bedeutet 28833 ?
An open circuit or short circuit condition has been detected at analog output 1. This could prevent proper signal transmission to connected devices.
Häufige Ursachen
- Open circuit in the wiring between Analog Output 1 (e.g., 0-10V, 4-20mA) and the connected receiving device.
- Short circuit in the wiring from Analog Output 1 to ground or to an adjacent signal line.
- Faulty input impedance or internal short within the receiving device connected to Analog Output 1.
- Overload condition on Analog Output 1 if it's attempting to drive a low-impedance load that exceeds its current capability.
- Internal hardware failure of the Analog Output 1 circuit within the drive.
Reparaturschritte & Checkliste
Klicken Sie auf Schritte, um Ihren Fortschritt zu verfolgen.
- 1
Disconnect the load from Analog Output 1 terminals (e.g., X4.1, X4.2) and measure the output voltage or current with a multimeter.
- 2
Measure the resistance of the wiring from Analog Output 1 to the receiving device to check for open (e.g., infinite ohms) or short circuits (e.g., near 0 ohms).
- 3
Measure the input impedance of the receiving device connected to Analog Output 1 to ensure it is within the drive's specified load range.
- 4
Reconnect the load and monitor the current draw from Analog Output 1 (if measurable) to confirm it does not exceed the drive's specifications.
- 5
Temporarily connect a known, functional test load (e.g., 500 ohm resistor for 4-20mA, 10k ohm for 0-10V) to Analog Output 1 to test its integrity.
