Automatic start disabled
Lenze · i550 Protec Drive
Was bedeutet 65335 ?
This fault occurs at mains connection if a run command is already present, but the automatic start at power-up feature is configured as "Off [0]" in parameter 0x2838:002 (P203.02). The drive will not start automatically under these conditions.
Häufige Ursachen
- The 'Automatic start at power-up' parameter (P203.02) is explicitly set to '0' (Off), preventing the drive from starting automatically with a present run command.
- An external run command (e.g., digital input DI1) is active upon power-up, but the drive's configuration prohibits immediate start.
- Operator expectation of an automatic restart after a power cycle, without realizing the safety feature is intentionally disabled.
- Default drive settings or a previous configuration intentionally disabled the auto-start feature for safety reasons.
- The system is designed to require a manual reset or run command after power loss for safety compliance, overriding auto-start.
Reparaturschritte & Checkliste
Klicken Sie auf Schritte, um Ihren Fortschritt zu verfolgen.
- 1
If automatic start is desired and safe, change parameter P203.02 (Automatic start at power-up) from '0' (Off) to '1' (On) or '2' (On, no reset).
- 2
Verify the state of the external run command input (e.g., DI1, DI2) upon power-up. Ensure it is not active if immediate start is undesired.
- 3
If automatic restart is not desired, ensure the run command is removed (e.g., open digital input DI1) before power-up.
- 4
Consult the machine safety documentation to understand if automatic restart after power loss is permissible for the application.
- 5
Cycle power to the drive. If P203.02 is set to allow auto-start and a run command is active, the drive should start.
