Motor Temperature Sensor Alarm
Siemens · FC1765DC Controller
Was bedeutet 207015 ?
An error was detected during the evaluation of the motor temperature sensor (configured via p0600 and p0601). This alarm triggers a timer (p0607), after which if the condition persists, a critical fault (F07016) is output. Common causes include wire breakage, disconnected sensor, or the measured resistance being outside acceptable ranges (e.g., KTY: R > 1630 Ohm or R < 50 Ohm, PTC: R < 20 Ohm).
Häufige Ursachen
- Sustained motor overload exceeding the continuous operating rating, causing winding temperature to rise.
- Reduced cooling efficiency due to blocked motor cooling fins, a dirty motor fan, or obstructed airflow pathways.
- Ambient temperature around the motor exceeding its specified operating limit (e.g., >40°C), reducing heat dissipation.
- Motor temperature sensor (e.g., PTC, KTY, PT1000) resistance outside permissible alarm thresholds, but not yet critically failed.
- Incorrect motor temperature model parameters (e.g., P0600 "Motor temp. sensor type", P0601 "Motor temp. sensor assignment") configured in the drive.
Reparaturschritte & Checkliste
Klicken Sie auf Schritte, um Ihren Fortschritt zu verfolgen.
- 1
1. Monitor the motor's operating current (r0027) and estimated load (r0034) to identify periods of excessive loading.
- 2
2. Inspect and clean the motor cooling fins, fan blades, and air inlets/outlets, ensuring unrestricted airflow.
- 3
3. Measure the resistance of the motor temperature sensor directly at the drive terminal (e.g., X12) and compare it to the sensor's characteristic curve.
- 4
4. Verify that parameter P0600 is correctly set for the installed temperature sensor type and P0601 is assigned to the correct motor.
- 5
5. Check the overall cabinet ventilation and ensure the ambient temperature around the motor drive is within its operational specifications.
