Overvoltage
Vacon · NX Liquid-Cooled Drive
Was bedeutet 2 ?
The DC-link voltage has exceeded its predefined limits. This often occurs due to overly short deceleration times during motor stopping, or significant overvoltage spikes originating from the mains supply. For 400-500Vac mains, a fault trips at 911Vdc (warning at 860Vdc); for 500-690Vac mains, a fault trips at 1250Vdc (warning at 1150Vdc). Subcodes S1 (hardware trip) and S2 (overvoltage control supervision) provide additional diagnostic context.
Häufige Ursachen
- DC bus voltage exceeding maximum limits during regeneration.
- Incorrect braking resistor selection or connection.
- Power grid voltage significantly higher than nominal.
- Parameter P1-03 (Max voltage) set too low.
Reparaturschritte & Checkliste
Klicken Sie auf Schritte, um Ihren Fortschritt zu verfolgen.
- 1
Increase the deceleration time parameter in the drive configuration to allow for slower motor braking.
- 2
Install a brake chopper and/or brake resistor if not already present, or verify their operation if installed. For INU devices, ensure overvoltage control is set to active.
- 3
Measure the incoming AC supply voltage at the drive input terminals to check for transient spikes or sustained high voltage.
