Internal Fan Error

Was bedeutet FAn ?

This fault indicates a malfunction of the internal cooling fan or a failure of the magnetic contactor to the power supply. It can be triggered if the fan has exceeded its expected performance life or is otherwise damaged.

• Internal cooling fan has malfunctioned
• Fault detected in the magnetic contactor to the power supply
• Cooling fan has exceeded its expected performance life (monitor U4-03)

   Cycle power to the drive

   Check for internal cooling fan operation

   Verify the cumulative operation time of the fan with monitor U4-03

4. 4

   Verify the cumulative operation time of the fan maintenance timer with U4-04

   If the cooling fan has exceeded its expected performance life or is damaged, replace it according to the Peripheral Devices & Options chapter

6. 6

   If the fault continues after cycling power, replace the power board/gate drive board or the entire drive
