What does 41 mean?
Excessive current has been detected between output terminals U and V. This indicates a short circuit condition between these two motor phases or their connecting wiring, leading to very high currents and potential drive damage.
Common Causes
- Short circuit detected between Phase U and Phase V.
- Damaged insulation between Phase U and Phase V motor windings.
- Faulty motor power cable with U and V shorted.
- Internal short circuit in the drive's output stage.
