Check the link and activity status indicators on the module's EtherNet/IP port and the corresponding network switch port.
From the controller's network, attempt to ping the module's configured IP address to verify network connectivity.
Verify the module's power supply and status indicators to ensure it is powered on and not in a fault state.
In the Studio 5000 Logix Designer application, verify that the module is not inhibited.
