Output Error

What does -1 mean?

An invalid output has been specified for a PTOX instruction. Only Output 2, Output 3, and Output 4 are valid choices. This is a configuration error that causes the controller to fault, and the User Fault Routine does not execute.

Common Causes

  • PTOX instruction configured to use an output other than the valid Output 2, Output 3, or Output 4.
  • Typographical error or incorrect address assignment in the output parameter of the PTOX instruction.
