• Electromagnetic interference (EMI) disrupting data packets on the internal communication bus, especially in noisy industrial environments.
• Faulty BMC2 module hardware or corrupted firmware preventing it from responding to control card requests.
• Damaged communication transceivers or processor on the main control card, inhibiting proper bus signaling.
• Incorrect or incompatible firmware versions between the control card and BMC2 (e.g. BMC2 software version below minimum).
