• Motor not securely coupled to mechanical load, causing incorrect inertia calculation during tuning.
• Incorrect motor nameplate data (kW/HP, RPM, voltage, current) entered into parameters P1-20 to P1-25.
• High resistance or impedance in motor cable connections causing inaccurate current readings.
• External disturbance or load fluctuation applied to the motor during the Automatic Motor Tuning (AMT) process.
