SV0410

EXCESS ERROR (STOP)

Fanuc · Series 0i-MODEL F Plus Parameter

What does SV0410 mean?

This servo alarm is generated if the positioning deviation for an axis exceeds the limit set in parameter 1829 while the axis is in a stopped state. When this occurs, operation is immediately stopped, similar to an emergency stop. This indicates that the axis cannot maintain its commanded position while at rest within acceptable tolerances.

Common Causes

  • The stopped axis has deviated from its commanded stationary position.
  • Holding brake has failed, allowing drift.
  • External force has moved the axis while it should be stationary.
  • Position deviation exceeds tolerance while stopped.
