Arc Detector self-test failed

What does 245 mean?

The arc detector, a safety critical component, has failed its internal self-test. This failure indicates a malfunction of the arc detection circuitry, and the inverter will immediately disconnect itself from the grid to ensure safety.

  • Internal malfunction or fault within the arc detector hardware.
  • Corruption of the arc detector's self-test routine.

    Perform an AC reset by switching the automatic circuit breaker off and then on again.

    After the AC reset, the arc detector self-test will be automatically repeated. If it fails again, notify a Fronius-trained service engineer.
