This status code indicates a fault with an external sensor connected to the Fronius Primo GEN24 208-240 inverter, such as a Smart Meter or a temperature sensor. This can be caused by wiring issues, a defective sensor, or incorrect sensor configuration.

Check the wiring connecting the external sensor to the inverter for continuity, proper termination, and secure connections.
Verify the sensor configuration settings in the inverter's user interface, ensuring they match the installed sensor type and parameters.
If possible, test the sensor's functionality independently or temporarily replace it with a known good sensor to isolate the fault.
De-energize the inverter (switch off AC and DC disconnects), wait for 5 minutes, then re-energize to reset. If the message persists, the sensor may require replacement.
