Heidenhain · NC Control
During a CC switch-off test, the CC switch-off signal '-N0' failed to switch to a high (inactive) level. This indicates a hardware defect on the controller board.
Click steps to track your progress.
Power cycle the NC control to attempt a reset of the safety circuit and signal states, then re-attempt the CC switch-off test.
Check the wiring and connections related to the -N0 signal path on the controller board for any damage, loose terminals, or corrosion.
Inspect the controller board for any visible damage, burnt components, or signs of malfunction.
If available, use a multimeter or oscilloscope to monitor the -N0 signal level during the switch-off test to confirm if it remains low when expected to go high.
