Locate the battery on the ECODRIVE DKC01.1/DKC11.1 controller or associated absolute encoder and measure its voltage.
Replace the battery with the manufacturer-specified type and model.
Verify the battery charging circuit (if applicable) is functioning correctly.
After battery replacement, re-home the axis or restore absolute position data if lost, following the manual's procedure.
Check drive parameters related to battery monitoring and ensure they are correctly set.
