Indramat · Indradrive
The IndraDrive has detected an overload condition within its internal power components and has shut down to protect itself. This typically happens when the drive is commanded to supply current beyond its continuous rating for an extended period, leading to excessive internal heat generation.
Click steps to track your progress.
Check the mechanical system for any excessive load, binding, or friction on the motor.
Verify that the IndraDrive is correctly sized for the motor and application's continuous and peak current requirements.
Confirm that motor parameters (e.g., S-0-0010 Motor Nominal Current, S-0-0013 Motor Type) are accurately set in the drive.
Inspect the IndraDrive's cooling fans for proper operation and ensure heatsinks are free of dust and obstructions.
Monitor the drive's internal temperature (if diagnostic parameters are available) and ensure it stays within specifications.
