What does 29 mean?
This error occurs when the CLM01.3-M's back-up battery, responsible for retaining parameters when power is off, is disconnected or has low voltage. This results in the loss of critical configuration parameters, indicated by asterisks (*) on the display.
Common Causes
- The lithium back-up battery (on the MOK 11 card) is disconnected, depleted, or has low voltage.
- Parameters were not re-entered or restored after a battery replacement or power loss.
- The MOK 11 card (Memory and Battery Module) is faulty or improperly seated.
- Firmware replacement or update without proper parameter backup/restore procedure.
