What does 63 mean?

The motor is not running, indicating a stall condition detected by the R&M Materials Handling Frequency Converter. This can be due to a mechanical failure in the gear system or a missing speed signal from the encoder connected to ENC1A, preventing the drive from detecting motor movement.
