0105

AC voltage in the intermediate circuit is too low or too high

Kone · V3F25/18 drive

What does 0105 mean?

An emergency stop occurs, and the V3F25/18 drive is prevented from starting until the fault is corrected. This indicates an issue with the supply AC voltage to the drive's intermediate DC bus, either being excessively low or high.

Common Causes

  • Supply voltage drops during drive operation.
  • Faulty charging circuit if the fault is active during start.
  • Blown fuses in the input or charging circuit.
  • Faulty braking transistor if the fault is active during start.

Repair Steps & Checklist

Click steps to track your progress.

  1. 1

If the supply voltage drops during drive, decrease the acceleration rate using parameter acceleration (6_21).

  2. 2

If this fault is active during start, check the charging circuit.

  3. 3

If this fault is active during start, check the fuses.

  4. 4

If this fault is active during start, check the braking transistor.
