This fault indicates an overvoltage condition in the intermediate DC link circuit during operation. This typically occurs when regenerative energy from braking is not adequately dissipated or if the incoming mains voltage is too high. Sustained overvoltage can damage the DC bus capacitors and power semiconductors of the drive.
Click steps to track your progress.
Check trace recording of the intermediate circuit voltage.
Check mains voltage at the input to the drive.
Check ballast switch for proper operation.
Reduce excessive load during braking operations.
Reinitialize the drive bus: Power Off / Power On.
Check KSP module for faults.
