Error safety loop

What does 13 mean?

A channel in the safety loop has failed, or more than one enabling switch has been pressed simultaneously. This will cause path-maintaining braking and inhibit all active commands.

Common Causes

  • The safety loop has detected an error condition.
  • Interruption or fault in the physical safety circuit (e.g., emergency stop button, safety gate).
  • Safety device triggered or malfunctioning.
