What does 26024 mean?

The deviation between the commanded position and the actual position for the specified drive ({Drive}) has exceeded the maximum allowable limit. This often occurs in torque mode operations if regular monitoring functions are not appropriately deactivated, or due to external mechanical resistance.

  • Excessive deviation between commanded and actual position for the specified drive ({Drive})
  • Regular monitoring functions remaining active during torque mode operations when they should be deactivated
  • Mechanical load or obstruction on the specified drive ({Drive}) preventing accurate positioning
