The deviation between the commanded position and the actual position for the specified drive ({Drive}) has exceeded the maximum allowable limit. This often occurs in torque mode operations if regular monitoring functions are not appropriately deactivated, or due to external mechanical resistance.

If torque mode is intentionally active, verify that regular monitoring functions are deactivated using SET_TORQUE_LIMITS(..., monitor #off)
Investigate mechanical load or obstruction on the specified drive ({Drive}) that might be causing position deviation
Check for correct tuning of the drive's position control loop
