What does FAILURE OF MOTOR PHASE Ax mean?

A failure has been detected in one of the motor phases for the specified axis (Ax). This typically indicates an open circuit, loose connection, or an imbalance in the motor's power supply.

• One or more phases of the motor are not receiving power.
• Internal fault within the motor windings.
• Issue with the power supply to the drive, affecting phase output.
• Rectifier or inverter stage failure within the drive.
