This fault stops the inverter output, triggered either by excessive electrical noise in the environment or an incorrect setting of the manufacturer's internal switch. Such conditions can lead to unreliable inverter operation or unexpected shutdowns. Identifying and addressing the source of noise or the switch position is crucial for stable performance.
Click steps to track your progress.
Verify the setting of all internal DIP switches or jumpers on the inverter's control board against the installation manual diagram.
Measure the ground impedance between the inverter chassis and the main facility ground point (should be less than 0.1 Ohm).
Inspect all signal cables for proper shielding connection (shield drain wire connected at one end) and separation from power cables.
Confirm that the AC input power quality meets specifications (e.g., voltage within +/- 10% tolerance, THD less than 5%).
Temporarily remove any installed option cards and restart the inverter to isolate the fault source.
