Speed Change Gear Arrangement Conflict

Mitsubishi Electric · MELSEC iQ-R Motion Controller

What does 1C08H mean?

This minor error occurs when both Speed Change Gear 1 ([Pr.434]) and Speed Change Gear 2 ([Pr.490]) are configured with the same arrangement setting. This duplicate arrangement prevents the synchronous control from starting, as the system cannot unambiguously apply speed change processing for the same section of the shaft.

Common Causes

  • The arrangement setting of "[Pr.434] Speed change gear 1" (0 to 3) is identical to the arrangement setting of "[Pr.490] Speed change gear 2" (0 to 3).

Repair Steps & Checklist

Click steps to track your progress.

  1. 1

Verify the current setting of "[Pr.434] Speed change gear 1" (valid values: 0, 1, 2, 3).

  2. 2

Verify the current setting of "[Pr.490] Speed change gear 2" (valid values: 0, 1, 2, 3).

  3. 3

Modify either "[Pr.434] Speed change gear 1" or "[Pr.490] Speed change gear 2" to ensure their arrangement settings are distinct from each other.
