What does 1163 mean?

Data in the program memory of the CPU module were overwritten. This fault occurs when an instruction is executed, indicating an integrity issue with the program memory that stores application logic.

   Take noise reduction measures.

   For GX Works2, select 'Transfer cache memory to program memory' in the Options dialog box.

   Format the program memory, write all files to the CPU module, and run it again. If the same error code is displayed again, the cause is a hardware failure of the CPU module.
