What does 7000 mean?

This error code signifies a stop error originating from QCPU No. 1 in a multiple CPU system. When this occurs, other QCPUs/motion CPUs (No. 2 to 4) also experience a 'MULTI CPU DOWN' error, leading to the complete halt of the entire multiple CPU system. This fault indicates that the primary CPU has encountered a critical issue, preventing further execution across all involved CPUs.
