What does 00130000 hex mean?

An error was detected in the memory check of the main memory in the CPU Unit's PLC Function Module. This error is continuously detected, indicating a major fault level, and will stop user program execution and controller operation.

Common Causes

  • A conductive material has gotten inside the CPU Unit.
  • Noise causing data corruption in memory, microcomputer malfunctioning, or memory write circuit malfunctioning.
  • A software error.
  • Data corruption caused by cosmic rays or radiation.
  • CPU Unit hardware failure (memory element failure, memory peripheral circuit failure).
