What does Delivery Port Door mean?

Indicates that the DMC is reporting a port door error. This usually means the delivery port door is not opening or closing correctly, which can prevent product dispensing and may cause jams.

Common Causes

  • Delivery port door sticking in a closed position.
  • Connector to the delivery door switch is disconnected.
  • Defective delivery door switch.
  • Damaged Delivery Door Power/Signal harness or Port/Delivery Door harness.

    Check to make sure the delivery port door is not sticking in a closed position.

    Clean delivery port door slides or replace the port door.

  3. 3

    Check to make sure that the connector to the delivery door switch is connected.

  4. 4

    Reconnect the connector to the switch.

  5. 5

    Check the delivery door switch and replace if defective.

  6. 6

    Check the Delivery Door Power/Signal harness and the Port/Delivery Door harness for damage and replace any found to be defective.
