0801

Dependent Values Not Considered

Phoenix Contact · Axioline F System

What does 0801 mean?

This error code (with additional code 0040) indicates a plausibility violation during parameterization. It occurs when dependent parameter values are not correctly taken into consideration, preventing the module from saving the new settings. This can happen during both block and individual parameterization.

Common Causes

  • Parameter values involved in a conflict were set without regard for their interdependencies during block parameterization.
  • A parameter value written during individual parameterization violated plausibility rules, leading to a negative response from the module.

Repair Steps & Checklist

Click steps to track your progress.

  1. 1

Review the complete parameterization to ensure logical consistency and proper consideration of interdependent parameter values.

  2. 2

If using block parameterization, check all parameters within the 'parameter block' for conflicting or dependent values.

  3. 3

If using individual parameterization, identify and correct the specific parameter value from the 'last' write access that caused the plausibility violation.
