F033

AI1 current loss

Schindler · Easy Altivar ATV310 Drive

What does F033 mean?

For the ATV310 drive, this fault is detected if Analog input AI1 is configured for current (parameter 204.1 > 3 mA) and the actual analog input current falls below 2 mA. This indicates a loss of signal from the connected sensor or a wiring integrity issue at the input.

Common Causes

  • Analog input AI1 is configured as current (parameter 204.1 is greater than 3 mA)
  • Analog input current on AI1 is lower than 2 mA
  • Poor or loose terminal connection at AI1

Repair Steps & Checklist

Click steps to track your progress.

  1. 1

Verify wiring and terminal connections for analog input AI1 on the drive.

  2. 2

Measure the current signal at analog input AI1 terminals to ensure it is above 2 mA.

  3. 3

Check parameter 204.1 (AI1 current scaling parameter) to confirm it is configured correctly and set greater than 3 mA.

  4. 4

Inspect the sensor providing the AI1 signal for proper operation and adequate power supply.
