Schneider Electric · ATV32HD11N4 Variable Speed Drive
An internal fault indicating that the Human Machine Interface (HMI) card is either not recognized, incompatible, or its display is absent. This prevents local operator interaction and monitoring, hindering diagnostics and control.
Click steps to track your progress.
1. Power down the drive and firmly reseat the HMI card in its designated slot.
2. Inspect the HMI card's connector pins and the drive's mating connector for any signs of damage or bent pins.
3. Verify the HMI card's model and firmware compatibility with the drive's specifications.
4. Clean the HMI card contacts and drive connector with a suitable electrical contact cleaner.
5. If a spare HMI card is available and compatible, attempt to swap the HMI card to isolate the issue.
