What does rOME mean?

A fault has been detected in the keypad's Read-Only Memory (ROM), which stores the keypad's firmware and essential data. This indicates an internal hardware failure within the keypad itself.

• Internal hardware failure of the keypad's Read-Only Memory (ROM) chip.
• Data corruption within the ROM due to electrical transients, aging, or manufacturing defect.
• Keypad exposed to extreme temperature or humidity causing component degradation.
• Firmware update failure or incomplete flash, leading to corrupted ROM data.
