24 V supply

SEW Eurodrive · MOVIFIT-FC Inverter

What does 15 mean?

The supply voltages 24V_C and/or 24V_P are too low, falling below the required operating threshold for the unit's electronics. This inadequate voltage supply can lead to unpredictable behavior or complete unit shutdown.

Common Causes

  • Low or unstable 24 VDC auxiliary supply voltage.
  • Faulty external 24 VDC power source.
  • Wiring issue with the 24 VDC input.
  • Internal 24 VDC power regulation failure.
  • Parameter P0007 (24V fault reaction) settings.

Repair Steps & Checklist

Click steps to track your progress.

  1. 1

Check the 24 V supply voltages 24V_C and/or 24V_P to ensure they are within the permissible range (24 V ± 25% with residual ripple max. 13% per EN 61131-2).

  2. 2

Reset the fault by switching off the DC 24 V supply voltage.
