This fault signifies that the output current to either drive 1 (monitored by P300/P301) or drive 2 (monitored by P310/P311) has exceeded its configured cut-off limit for the parameterized delay time. This protective shutdown is often caused by excessive mechanical load on the motor, a short circuit in the motor windings or cables, or improperly set overcurrent parameters. Persistent overcurrent can lead to motor winding damage, thermal stress on cables, and potential failure of the MOVIFIT unit's output stage. If left unaddressed, this could result in costly motor replacement or unit downtime.

Measure the actual motor current for drive 1 (terminals U1/V1/W1) and drive 2 (terminals U2/V2/W2) using a true-RMS clamp meter and compare to P300/P301/P310/P311 settings.
Check for mechanical obstructions or excessive friction in the connected machinery by manually rotating the motor shaft (with power off).
Verify motor insulation resistance using a megohmmeter (500VDC) between each motor phase and ground, and between phases.
Review drive parameters P300, P301 (Drive 1) and P310, P311 (Drive 2) to ensure the overcurrent trip limits are correctly set for the motor and application.
Inspect motor cables for visible damage, kinks, or signs of insulation breakdown along their entire length and at termination points.
Perform a controlled test run with no load to confirm motor current readings are within expected limits.
