What does 22 mean?

An internal CPU fault has occurred within the unit. This indicates a general internal processing error, which might be transient or indicate a more serious hardware issue.

• CPU power-on self-test (POST) failure.
• Initialization sequence of CPU components failed.
• CPU instruction execution error.
• Illegal instruction encountered.
• Parameter P0001 (drive object ID) related CPU fault.
