Identification Run Failed
Vacon · NX All-in-One Application
What does 57 mean?
The motor identification run has failed. This can occur if the run command was removed prematurely during the process, the motor is not properly connected to the AC drive, or if there is mechanical load present on the motor shaft during the identification procedure.
Common Causes
- Motor identification parameters not set correctly or failed during autotune.
- Incorrect motor data entered into parameters (e.g., P3-01 to P3-10).
- Mechanical issues preventing successful identification run (e.g., binding).
- Encoder signal lost or faulty during identification.
- Insufficient voltage to perform identification.
Repair Steps & Checklist
Click steps to track your progress.
- 1
Ensure the run command remains active throughout the entire identification run process.
- 2
Verify that the motor is correctly wired and securely connected to the AC drive output terminals.
- 3
Remove any mechanical load from the motor shaft before initiating an identification run.
