What does FAN mean?

A fault with the Drive's internal cooling fan has been detected, leading to the activation of Drive overload protection due to excessive internal thermal value. This typically occurs when the fan stops running and the Drive continues operating under load, causing heat to build up. Unresolved, this will lead to repeated overheating faults and potential damage to the Drive's power components.

• Cooling fan motor failure due to worn bearings, winding issues, or debris obstruction.
• Accumulation of dust and dirt on fan blades, reducing airflow and increasing mechanical load on the fan motor.
• Obstruction of cooling air intake or exhaust vents, leading to insufficient airflow despite fan operation.
• Failure of the fan's power supply circuit or the thermal sensor monitoring fan operation.
• Prolonged operation in an excessively high ambient temperature environment exceeding the Drive's specifications.
