What does CPF01 mean?

This fault indicates a general hardware problem within the drive's control circuit. Such internal issues can prevent the drive from functioning correctly and may lead to complete operational failure. Continued use with this fault can exacerbate internal damage to sensitive electronic components.

• Malfunction of the Real-Time Clock (RTC) or system timer circuitry on the control board, impacting timing-critical operations.
• Transient voltage spike affecting sensitive low-voltage components, leading to damage to a core logic gate or ASIC.
• Intermittent open or short circuit on an internal data bus line within the control circuit, preventing proper data exchange.
• Degradation of the quartz crystal oscillator responsible for CPU clocking, leading to unstable processor operation.

   Document the current fault history log (Parameter P8-01 to P8-05) for diagnostic purposes.

   Perform a controlled power cycle by switching off the main supply, waiting 30 seconds, and then switching it back on.
