This fault indicates a general hardware problem within the drive's control circuit. Such internal issues can prevent the drive from functioning correctly and may lead to complete operational failure. Continued use with this fault can exacerbate internal damage to sensitive electronic components.
Click steps to track your progress.
Note the status of all digital input signals (Parameter P5-10) before attempting any reset.
Isolate the drive by removing all power (main and control) and then wait at least 10 minutes.
Carefully remove the control board and inspect its connectors and surrounding area for any debris, corrosion, or signs of arcing.
Use an oscilloscope to check for stable clock signals on accessible test points (if available) on the control board.
Attempt to restore factory settings for network communication parameters (e.g., P7-01, P7-02) if applicable.
If a spare control board is available, replace the existing one to rule out a hardware failure.
