This fault indicates a general hardware problem within the drive's control circuit. Such internal issues can prevent the drive from functioning correctly and may lead to complete operational failure. Continued use with this fault can exacerbate internal damage to sensitive electronic components.
Click steps to track your progress.
Verify all motor parameters (e.g., P3-01, P3-02, P3-03) are correctly configured according to the motor's nameplate.
Execute a full power down sequence for at least 15 minutes, ensuring all residual energy is discharged.
Visually inspect the control board for any signs of damaged or discolored sensor interface components.
Measure the internal 15VDC or 12VDC auxiliary power rails (if test points are available) that typically supply analog sensor circuits.
Attempt to re-run the auto-tuning sequence (e.g., Parameter P3-10 = 1) if the drive supports it.
If the issue remains, replacement of the control board is recommended.
