One or more drive parameters have been set to a value that falls outside their permissible setting range. This prevents the drive from accepting the configuration and can lead to operational issues or prevent the drive from starting.
Click steps to track your progress.
1. Identify the specific parameter(s) triggering the fault, often indicated on the drive display or via fault log.
2. Consult the drive's programming manual for the identified parameter(s) to determine their allowed setting range.
3. Adjust the parameter(s) to a value within the specified permissible range.
4. If multiple parameters are involved, check for interdependencies (e.g., ensure A1-04 is greater than A1-03, and E1-04 is less than or equal to A1-04).
5. Perform a parameter initialization (Parameter A1-03 to '2' or similar) if a wide range of settings appear incorrect (note: this will reset all parameters to factory defaults).
