• Firmware update initiated but not fully validated or a mismatch detected.
• Parameter backup/restore operation performed with a file from a different drive model or configuration.
• Corruption of internal drive configuration memory requiring reinitialization.
• Installation of an incompatible option card (e.g., I/O extension, communication module).

   Confirm the model and firmware version of the installed control board and power module match the original specification.

   Perform a factory reset (e.g., P99-01 = 1) and then re-enter or reload parameters from a known good backup file.
