¿Qué significa 80A0 ?

An analog input signal has gone outside the predefined minimum or maximum limits. This fault is programmable and prevents the drive from operating with out-of-range sensor feedback, which could lead to incorrect control, erratic behavior, or damage to connected equipment.

Causas comunes

  • Analog input signal (e.g., 0-10V, 4-20mA) falling below the minimum threshold (P10.05) or exceeding the maximum threshold (P10.06).
  • Loose or disconnected wiring for the analog input sensor, leading to a 0V or open-circuit (e.g., >20mA) reading.
  • Failure of the external sensor providing the analog input signal (e.g., pressure transducer, flow meter).
  • Incorrect scaling or limits set in drive parameters P10.05 (AI1 Min Supervision Limit) or P10.06 (AI1 Max Supervision Limit).
  • External electrical noise interfering with the analog signal cable, causing intermittent out-of-range readings.

Pasos de reparación & Lista de verificación

Haga clic en los pasos para seguir su progreso.

  1. 1

    1. Measure the actual analog signal voltage or current at the drive's analog input terminals (e.g., AI1 and AGND) using a multimeter.

  2. 2

    2. Inspect the wiring connection from the external sensor to the drive's analog input terminals (e.g., AI1, AGND). Ensure connections are tight and intact.

  3. 3

    3. Test the external sensor directly by simulating its expected operating range or applying known physical inputs to verify its output signal.

  4. 4

    4. Verify parameters P10.05 (AI1 Min Supervision Limit) and P10.06 (AI1 Max Supervision Limit) are correctly configured for the expected signal range of the sensor.

  5. 5

    5. Check for proper shielding and grounding of the analog input cable to minimize electrical noise interference, especially if the cable runs parallel to power lines.
