CURR MEAS
ABB · ACS800
¿Qué significa 2211 ?
A failure has occurred in the current transformer circuit responsible for output current measurement in the ABB ACS800 drive. This prevents the drive from accurately monitoring motor current, which is critical for motor protection, torque control, and overall drive operation.
Causas comunes
- Faulty current transformer (CT) component within the drive.
- Incorrect or loose connections between the current transformer(s) and the Main Circuit Interface Board (INT).
- Damage or malfunction of the Main Circuit Interface Board (INT) itself.
- Wiring issues or interference affecting the CT signal path to the control electronics.
Pasos de reparación & Lista de verificación
Haga clic en los pasos para seguir su progreso.
- 1
Inspect the connections of the current transformers to the Main Circuit Interface Board (INT) for proper seating, termination, and absence of physical damage.
- 2
Verify the continuity of the wiring from the current transformers to the Main Circuit Interface Board.
- 3
If possible, measure the output of the current transformers (or their integrity) and compare it against expected values or between phases (e.g., using a current clamp while the drive is not running and motor cables are disconnected).
- 4
If wiring and connections are confirmed good, contact an ABB representative or qualified service technician for diagnosis and potential replacement of internal components like the CTs or the Main Circuit Interface Board.
